They still farm and ranch. The couple has five children: Keith and Paula Jeardoe, of rural Belleville; Virgil and Tanya Jeardoe, of rural Tipton; Melvin and OraLee Jeardoe, of rural Belleville; Leon Jeardoe, of Salina; and Bill and Vickie Jeardoe Noble, of rural Belleville. Nealy Jaid Eickman
Jason and Rachel Eickman, of Chester, announce the birth of their daughter, Nealy Jaid Eickman, who was born Aug. 7 at Beatrice, Neb. She was 6 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 19 inches long. Grandparents are Lyle and Jacque Probst, of Odell, and John and Kandy Eickman, of Chester. Great-grandparents are Winona Foster and Karen Probst, of Odell. Great-great-grandmother is Hilda Probst, of Beatrice.

Ashley Reinke, of Seattle, Wash., and Adam Worobec, also of Seattle, announce their engagement. The future bride is the daughter of Dan and Lori (Mach) Reinke, of Defiance, Mo. Grandparents are Arla J. Mach, of Belleville; Raymond C. Mach, of Scandia; and Laurence and LaVon Reinke, of Hebron Neb. The future groom is the son of Myron and Helen Worobec, of Ellisville, Mo. Reinke is a 2003 graduate of Indianola High School in Indianola, Iowa, and a 2007 graduate of Minneapolis School of Art and Design in Minneapolis, Minn. She received a degree in graphic design. She is a senior graphic designer for Catalyst Marketing in Seattle. Worobec graduated high school in 1997 from Ellisville and received a bachelor of science degree in engineering from University of Missouri - Rolla in 2003. He is an electrical engineer with ElectroImpact in Mukilteo, Wash.
The couple will be married in an outdoor ceremony near Leavenworth, Wash.

Lia Ciardi, of Papillion, Neb., and Nathan Poppe, of Omaha, were married July 26 at First Lutheran Church in Papillion by Pastor Ron Benson and Pastor Bill Steinbauer. The bride is the daughter of Ed and Debra Ciardi, of Norman, Okla. The groom is the son of Steven and Cindy Poppe, of Chester, Neb. He is the grandson of Rosalie Splichal, of Belleville, and Betty Poppe, of Chester. Wedding musicians were Nick and Tyler Talbot, Shawna Hanson, and Nicci Ciardi. Maid of Honor was Kayla Ciardi, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Alanna and Nicci Ciardi, sisters of the bride, and Alison Schutz. Best Man was Ben Rauert, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Zach Warner and Kyle Bowers, brothers-in-law of the groom, and Lane Bowers, nephew of the groom. A reception and dance was at Regency Lodge in Omaha. The bride is a 2008 graduate of Norman High School North in Normon, Okla. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2012. She works for Lutheran Family Services. The groom is a 2008 graduate of Republic County High School in Belleville and is a 2012 graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in mechanical engineering. He works for Intersystems in Omaha. After a honeymoon to Maine and Boston, Mass., the couple lives in Omaha.
